Reseach focus

My research focuses on integrating freelancers and contingent workers into organisations, examining how to create environments that enhance collaboration, performance, and long-term engagement. I explore the organisational structures and processes needed to integrate freelancers better and investigate how freelancers can navigate their work lives and career trajectories, including transitions into entrepreneurship.

Future directions

In addition, my research extends to broader themes surrounding the future of work and non-work, exploring evolving workforce dynamics and the interplay between professional and personal spheres.

By bridging these perspectives, my work contributes to a deeper understanding of how organisations and individuals can thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
